Founded in 2007, by husband and wife team, Shane and Vicki Franks, Greenspan Construction is a family owned company that builds luxury and custom homes of all shapes, sizes, and styles. While based in Benton Harbor, MI they find themselves engaged in projects from northwest Indiana to northern Michigan.
