Founded in 2007, by husband and wife team, Shane and Vicki Franks, Greenspan Construction is a family owned company that builds luxury and custom homes of all shapes, sizes, and styles. While based in Benton Harbor, MI they find themselves engaged on projects from northwest Indiana to northern Michigan. Unique in the fact that they employ all of their own job crew, projects managers, finish carpenters, painters, and tilers, Greenspan works closely with each client, designer, architect and landscaper and takes pride in crafting luxury custom homes built right the first time, unique to each client.
Shane Franks is personally involved with each project, both large and small alike, in order to define and champion each client’s unique vision. He is always forward thinking on the project, eliminating unforeseen issues. Shane works hand-in-hand with owners to meet their expectations with the quality of build and craftsmanship while being cost-conscious. Homeowners have the comfort knowing their job will be done to spec, on time, and within budget.
Vicki Franks runs the business from behind-the-scenes ensuring every last detail is addressed. On any given day you can find Vicki pulling permits, scheduling inspections, creating estimates, invoices and leading communication with vendors. Efficiency, management, and timeliness have always been an important part of the success of the business.
Outside of Greenspan, you can find Shane and Vicki on the golf course, or spending time on the lake eating good food, enjoying time with family and friends (including their 3 furry loves: Hera, Zeus, and Celly).
